Registration and fees
The conference fee covers snacks (coffee breaks) and lunches during the 3.5 days of the conference. It also includes the conference reception, on the first conference day, and a guided city walk, on the second conference day. Please see the SLE membership area for a description of what you are entitled to as an SLE member

Please note that papers where none of the authors have registered by 31st May will not be scheduled. The schedule will be published online in June after the registration deadline for authors.
* The reduced fees apply to students without a regular salary, retired participants, and others without a regular income. They also apply to all participants from economically challenged countries. Currently these are: Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia, Brazil, Bulgaria, PR China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Ecuador, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Macedonia, Mexico, Moldova, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Rumania, Russia, Serbia, Togo, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and a series of other countries. In case of doubt, please contact the organizers.

Proof of student ID is required. Please send a scanned copy by email (treasurerSLE@gmail.com).
If you don’t think you can make it to the conference, please let us know as soon as possible so that the schedule can be fixed accordingly. Cancellations after the conference schedule has been published (beginning of June) create a lot of complications for the colleagues in the organization team, and last minute cancellations even more so.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Manager at email@example.com. If you have already paid the registration fee, reimbursement will be according to the following policy:
Before 1st July: 70% reimbursement
From 1st – 31st July: 30% reimbursement
After 1st August: no reimbursement
